CKGS hosted its travel Agent Meet on 4th and 6th December, 2018 at InterContinental, Mumbai and The Imperial, New Delhi, India respectively. Top travel agents across Mumbai and New Delhi were in attendance at the event. Cox & Kings Global Services (CKGS), today announced the opening of Morocco Visa Application and Information Centres (MVAIC) in India. The Centre in New Delhi was inaugurated today by His Excellency Mr Mohamed MALIKI, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco, in the presence of Ms Venku Murthi, Chief Executive Officer of CKGS.
Speaking on the occasion, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed MALIKI said, "Both Morocco and India have shared values and a history that goes back over several centuries. Foreseeing growth and significance of the Indian tourism market to Morocco, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco has decided to outsource the visa application services and has entrusted CKGS to open visa application centres in India. The opening of the visa application centres in major cities in India is an important milestone which reflects the strength of the two countries’ relations as well as Morocco’s outreach to Indian travellers. We want to encourage more and more Indians to consider travelling to Morocco and at the same time provide a seamless experience in applying for visas."
In the first phase, centres have opened in the four key metros-Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkatta. In the second phase, the centres will be opened in Ahmedabad, Pune, Goa, Indore, Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Jaipur.
Commenting on the new mandate, Ms Venku Murthi, Chief Executive Officer, CKGS said, "We are happy to be entrusted with the role of providing Visa Application Services by the Embassy of Morocco as this is an opportune time to tap the growing Indian outbound travel market, which is growing in double digits. Our offices across 11 centres in India will seamlessly facilitate visa processing, thereby increasing the number of Indians travelling to Morocco."
The visa application centres in different cities of India will provide relevant information on Moroccan visas and regulations and simplify the procedure in order to make it simple for the Indian traveller. A dedicated website http://www.ma.ckgs.in/, has been launched as well to provide all the relevant information. The website will provide all relevant information regarding visa processing procedures, requirements for Moroccan visas, as well as details on the visa application centres and web-links to relevant Moroccan agencies. At the outset, the centres will cater to tourist and business visa applications.
In order to obtain a visa, an applicant will have to download the form and submit it to the MVAIC, along with the required documents and collect them once it has been issued. All the centres are open from Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 17:00 hours.

The Consulate General of Italy in Dubai has appointed Cox & Kings Global Services LLC for processing visa applications for travel to Italy.
It is dedicated exclusively to applicants who wish to travel to the Schengen area and have Italy as their main destination. India Visa Service Centre opens in Latvia13th Jan 2013
Cox & Kings Global Services Sweden AB, the Swedish arm of Cox & Kings Global Services, announces the opening of the India Visa Service Centre in Riga to cater to the visa requirements of people residing in Latvia and planning to visit India.
The India Visa Service Centre will cater to all categories of visas such as tourist, business, conference, student, among others, and the centre will accept applications from all nationalities residing in Latvia.

Cox and Kings Global Services collaborates with Embassy of India, Stockholm for Visa5th Nov 2012
The Embassy of India, Stockholm has opened a visa application centre in Stockholm. The centre, which started operations from 5th November, is being run by Cox and Kings Global Services, an outsourcing firm.
Cox and Kings Global Services will be responsible for accepting and forwarding applications for Sweden residents. All applications will be assessed and processed by the Embassy of India in Sweden.
The centre has a dedicated website which has details on types of visa, fees and application status. It will be run by a set of professional staff dedicated to handle visa queries through a online chat services and email. The centre will remain open from 9 am to 4pm on weekdays.

Cox & Kings Global Services to receive Schengen visa and Norway residence permit applications on behalf of Norway Embassy in India12th July 2012
On 12 July 2012, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi signed an agreement to outsource the receipt of applications for Schengen visa and Norway work / residence permits to Cox & Kings Global Services.
Starting 27 July 2012 applications should be submitted to the Cox & Kings Global Services Visa Application Centres and not to the Norwegian Embassy in Delhi or to the Norwegian Consulates General in Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta.
